• APPLEWOOD INN POLICIES
•Due to our Liquor Licensing persons under 21 years of age are not permitted in the Villa Casa Grande or the adjacent swimming pool area.
• WE ARE A TOTALLY NON-SMOKING INN. •
• Check-in is between 3pm & 6pm. Late arrivals may be made by prior arrangement. Check-out time is 12 noon.
• There is a maximum of two (2) guests per room.
• A stay of two nights is required on weekends in summer and fall seasons. Holidays may require a three night reservation
• Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly; so we strictly adhere to our stated policies.
• Reservations are secured by a one night’s stay, plus tax via Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
• Deposits are refundable less a $50.00 processing fee if we are notified at least 14 days prior to your expected arrival. Multiple room cancelations require a 30-day notification and a $50.00 processing fee per room, even when rooms are paid for individually.
• If notification of cancellation is made within the cancellation period, all deposit refunds are pending the inn’s ability to re-rent the room(s) for the entire length of your anticipated stay.
• Changing your reservation after your initial reservation may affect the rate and/or availability of rooms.
• Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policies. •If you do not check-in on the date of your reservation, you will be charged for the entirety of your stay.
