WE ARE A TOTALLY NON-SMOKING INN.

Check-in is between 3pm & 6pm. Late arrivals may be made up
to 8:00p.m. by prior arrangement. A $35 per hour charge is added
to arrivals after 9pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

There is a maximum of two (2) guests per room.
•
A stay of two nights is required on weekends and in high season.
Holidays may require a three night reservation
•
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly;
so we strictly adhere to our stated policies.
•
Reservations are secured by a one night’s stay, plus tax
via Visa, Master Card or American Express. We are unable to accept
personal checks for deposits.

Deposits are refundable less a $35.00 processing fee if we are
notified at least 14 days prior to your expected arrival. Multiple
room reservations require a 30-day notification and a $35.00 processing
fee per room, even when rooms are paid for individually.

If notification of cancellation is made within the cancellation
period, all deposit refunds are pending the inn’s ability
to re-rent the room(s) for the entire length of your anticipated
stay.

Changing your reservation after your initial reservation may affect
the rate and/or availability of rooms.
•
Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute
a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation
policies.
